See Plan options* Mindful Moments Online provides two 30min weekly guided sessions in yoga, breathwork, and meditation, suitable for all levels and designed to fit easily into busy schedules. Each session focuses on present-moment awareness, helping reduce stress and promote emotional regulation. Live sessions+ recordings available for you to watch anytime, anywhere Sessions are run in private facebook group in a webinar format (so you can do them in your pjs or anywhere, we won't notice ;) ) Who the Class Is For - Adults seeking better mental focus and clarity. - Anyone interested in holistic support for stress management. - Beginners curious about the science behind yoga’s effects on the mind.
