Service Description

A weekly 45‑minute online class designed for busy, high‑achieving people who feel wired, tense, or “always on.” We move slowly and mindfully, combining simple somatic stretches, supportive restorative shapes, and soothing breathwork to help your body down‑shift out of stress mode. No experience is needed - everything is accessible, adaptable, and guided step‑by‑step. Each class is an invitation to release the day from your muscles and mind, regulate your nervous system, and remember what calm feels like in your body. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, spacious, and steady, with practical practices you can weave into your week whenever life feels too much.
