This small online group programme is designed for high‑achieving, thoughtful professionals who look “together” from the outside but feel: Constantly “on” or wired, even when exhausted Anxious, overthinking, or stuck in big life/career transitions Overwhelmed by responsibility, while quietly craving space for themselves You might be moving roles, changing direction, or simply knowing “I can’t keep doing it like this.” This space is especially supportive for those who carry a lot for others, and open to anyone who resonates with this experience. What this programme is Sophie created a group process that weaves together: Focused coaching to bring clarity to your patterns, choices and next steps Gentle, accessible yoga (no experience needed) to release stored tension and reconnect with your body’s cues Restorative Reiki (offered remotely) to support deep energetic and nervous system regulation This isn’t about quick hacks or forcing yourself to “think positive” It’s about working with your nervous system directly, so your mind, body and energy can move out of survival mode and into steadier ground. What we’ll focus on over 6 sessions: Blend guided reflection with gentle movement, breathwork and Reiki‑infused relaxation Understand how your nervous system responds to stress, pressure and change Identify the specific patterns that drive your anxiety, overworking or people‑pleasing Practise simple, repeatable tools (breath, movement, mindset shifts) you can use in real time Release layers of physical and energetic tension you’ve been carrying for years Create a realistic plan for sustaining your wellbeing alongside a demanding life Potential changes you might notice after 3-4 sessions: Better emotional regulation (fewer spikes, quicker recovery) Reduced physical symptoms of stress (improved sleep, calmer body, easier breathing) More mental clarity and focus in work and decision‑making A deeper sense of inner steadiness and self‑trust, even when life is full What’s included: 6 live weekly online group sessions (60–75 min) Small group size so you feel seen, not lost in a crowd (max 8) Private WhatsApp space for support and gentle accountability between calls Simple home practices to integrate between sessions (short, realistic, not overwhelming) Bonus #1 1:1 session with me (60min), during or after the programme, to personalise your toolkit and go deeper into your unique situation Bonus #2 Access to weekly online yoga for nervous system regulation
