Embark on a transformative six-month journey through the body’s seven energy centres in this chakra awakening journey. Each month, we’ll dedicate a 2-hour session to exploring, activating, and balancing a specific chakra, culminating in the higher wisdom of the Third Eye and Crown chakras. Through a blend of breathwork, mindful movement, and yoga nidra, you’ll cultivate awareness, release blockages, and harmonise your energy system for greater well-being and spiritual growth.
